Project Content: Pursuing a principle of sustainable development, with plywood production as its backbone industry, this project is to build a modernized green industrial base that is excellent both in hardware and software. Phase I of the project is to complete the networks of road, water and electricity supply, as well as necessary public facilities. The project covers an area of 4770 mu.
Total Investment and Source: The total investment of this project is RMB 400 million Yuan in fixed assets. The Plywood Association and enterprises that will enter the base will raise RMB 100 million Yuan. RMB 150 million Yuan will be financed during the construction and RMB 150 million Yuan is expected in cash.
Market Analysis: Over the past ten years, The Town of Zuogezhuang has become the largest plywood production base in China. The economy has been developed rapidly, bringing new chances for town construction. To restructure the industry and products, after studying the feasibility, Zuogezhuang is determined to build a modernized plywood production base, thus realizing modernized management and administration, attracting large-scale, high-tech enterprises to enter, and change it into an demonstration zone of Wen’an plywood industry so as to bring along fast and healthy economic development of Wen’an County.

Project Content: To build a large-scale Convention and Exhibition Center
Total Investment and Source: The total investment is 200 million Yuan RMB, utilizing 20 million US dollars of foreign capitals.
Market Analysis: At present, the exhibition economy in Beijing is active, but exhibition hall construction lags behind obviously. China International Exhibition Center was built up in 1985. It was the largest exhibition center of Beijing at present. It possesses 60,000 square meters of indoor hall and 7000 square meters of outdoor exhibition field. Project content: Anping four-star mansion in Xianghe Development Zone with the function of catering, conference, accommodation has been finished. Its area is 18000 sq. meters.
Estimation of Investment and Capital Source: The total investment is $ 10 million.  At present, 30 meter-depth of ground and one - floor basement have been finished.
Construction Condition: Xianghe Development Zone, administrated by Xianghe county of Hebei province, connects Tongzhou of Beijing to the north, adjoins Wuqing of Tianjin in the south. It may be built up into one holiday tour arena integrating touring, sightseeing and making holidays.It is expected to occupy an area of 3600mu, to build one holiday tour arena with the characteristics of farmhouse integrated of boating, fishing, gaming, collecting, and sightseeing.

General Description of Dong-gu-gang Town: Dong-gu-gang Town which lies in the south part of An-ci District, Langfang City has an area of 61.8km2, total population 37,638, 30 adiministrative sub-ordinate villages and 63,341 mu land available. It is located at the center of the Gold-triangle of Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding with the City Proper of Tianjin 30km and Tianjin Port 80km to the south, Langfang 40km and Beijing 100 to the north, and Baoding 90km to the west; providing geographical superiority. In addition, Tianjin-Baoding Road(State Road 112), Tianjin-Baoding Expressway, Beijing-Kowloon and Beijing-Shanghai Railways converge here, offering convenient passenger and freight transportation. Located at the warm zone, it belongs to the continental monsoon climate. The raining season coincides with the hot season, and winter and summer alternate obviously. Yearly average temperature is 11.5℃, frost-free period 177 to 188 days, and yearly average rainfall 570mm with 75% taking place in July, August and September. The dry season is distinct from the humid season.
